HOW DOES THE AUTHENTICATION PROCESS WORK?

After you have submitted your order, our team of expert authenticators will carefully review your item to determine its authenticity. When we examine an item, we are looking for several things. This can include coloring, shape, material, and small details like stitching. We also examine product labels and serial numbers. Our process differs for every type of item, but our main concern is making sure the item's craftsmanship is consistent and up to the standard of the manufacturer.

After we have determined your item's authenticity, we will send you an e-mail detailing our decision. If you selected our mailed certificate option, you will receive a certificate of authenticity in the mail.

CAN YOU AUTHENTICATE AN ITEM BEFORE I BUY IT?

Yes! We recommend customers use our service before purchasing a luxury item they are unsure about. This prevents you from losing time and money in the event that the item is counterfeit. If you have already purchased an item and we determine that it is counterfeit, please contact us as we can help you obtain a refund on your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Our average turn around time for orders is 24 hours or less. For mailed certificate orders, shipping usually takes 2-5 days. If you need faster service, please send us an e-mail here.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards. If you need to use a payment form that is not accepted, please e-mail us so we can explore alternatives.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED BULK PRICING?

Yes! If you need authentication for more than 10 items per month, please e-mail us and we can work out a discount bulk plan.
